refreshing apple cilantro green smoothie


This is my most favorite smoothie, conjured by the ever so talented Alissa Segersten.  the creator of over 300 recipes in The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook.   This jar-o-yumminess is on page 125 of said book, and I am here to  share it with all of you.  Prepare to be amazed and energized…

2 apples, cored
2 small avocados
4-5 collard greens
1 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves and stems
freshly squeezed juice of 2 limes
3 cups-o-water

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
